I said one of my goals this year was to create an enamel pin for Yards of Happiness and I did it!
I don’t know why I didn’t try this sooner, it was kind of fun to create it and work with a company to produce it. If I actually sell any (isn’t that always the fear, no one will want my pin?!) I already have ideas in my head already for another one. And I got a lot of suggestions for ones with a dog in a sweater. LOL That really might have to become a reality.
If you’re interested, the pins will be going on sale on Friday (March 1) evening at 6pm, EST and I’ve created an Etsy Shop to sell them. They will be $10 plus the cost of shipping and I’ll ship them anywhere. You’ll be able to buy them from my Etsy shop! It was easier for me to set up a listing there and let Etsy do all the hard work of calculating shipping. I’m excited and hope you enjoy the pins and want one too!

Thank you so much for sharing your amazing work on your blog and elsewhere. I love your use of color and that fact that you also include sweater yarns and patterns more suitable for warmer weather(I also live in the DC metro area).
I especially appreciate the fact that you duscuss both what you liked and didn’t like about a given project – it’s encouraging to hear that FKO’s don’t have to be perfect and it’s okay to just keep knitting…
These are so cute but I think we all can agree, we need a Jellybean-in-a-sweater pin, too. I’d include Cher but I don’t want to torture her more given her aversion to modeling, LOL.

I couldn’t pick a color palette so I settled on a rainbow for a first pin ☺️ maybe the next one I’ll go super bright!
