Where You Can Find Me Right Now

Dana's latest for MDK

I know I don’t write here as frequently but that doesn’t mean I’m not writing on the internet. Today, I’ve got my monthly column up on Modern Daily Knitting and it’s all about a very cool sweater I steeked a while back and never really shared beyond Instagram. Go give it a read. And if you love MDK as much as I do and want to continue to see columns like mine and others, please consider subscribing to the MDK Society. MDK has always tried to give the yarn community the best content without advertisements but I know that things are changing and they’re changing to a subscription based model in order to ensure they can keep doing what they’re doing. If you’re a reader like I am, consider buying a subscription.

I’ve also picked back up my Substack where I will occasionally post about non-knitting related things. Up first is a summary of my thoughts on the 2024 election and why we don’t have Kamala Harris as the next president of the United States. I’m still in a bit of state of grief after the election, but I know that no matter what, I’ll survive like I did the last time.

Thanks for reading and following along wherever I write. I appreciate it!

thanks for your continued participation in the knitting and societal discourse. It is such an overwhelming loss. I thought I was prepared, but apparently not.

Always name calling people stupid. We’re you raised by wolves?? You talk low class and uneducated. Knitting for soldiers has no party affiliation and is NOT political. It’s being patriotic and supporting the military who lay their lives down for us. You are impolite and discounters and a bully.
