I know, I know. I need another project like I need a hole in my head but my sisters gave me this pretty cool yarn and I don’t really know what to do with it.
So this is Athena yarn by Knitting Fever. It’s a ribbon yarn, aran/worsted weight and I have 3 balls of each colorway with each ball having 82 yards. I was thinking maybe some sort of shawl that has stripes and I could find another yarn (I’ve got a couple of skeins of Berroco Weekend in Black) to use with it but I’m just not really sure what this could really become. So I’m reaching out to you wonderful knitters out there, any good ideas?

Just back from holiday, with a head cold. Ugh. So I came to look at your pretty pictures.
I noticed a lot of the project pics on Rav have either scarves or necklaces. The shiny always gets the kid in me. 😎
On the other hand, since you have a bit, why not make something with sparkly stripes?
I have the same yarn but in a peacock shaded colorway. I looked at projects made with it but I’m not enamored with them plus I don’t have enough to do a larger sized project so I’m going to weave with it. If I find anything in my search, I’ll definitely let you know.
