I’m Still Here, Promise

I hope everyone is doing well and that you’re all healthy and safe. I am still here but I’ve been putting all of my energy into teaching and my graduate courses. Coupled with the fact that I’m doing a lot of research on COVID-19 and the Black Lives Matters protests, well…I am pretty depleted at the end of the day. I am still knitting and working on some fun things and I promise to post when I have more time. I just wanted to check in and say I’m still here and Jellybean is right next to me.

This picture of you two touches my heart. wonderful 🙂 I see another reader has commiserated about the amount of time you must be spending on Zoom and I do as well. It’s truly exhausting!! 20. I hope that, given the twin pressures of both grad school and teaching, you’re finding time to knit. Both seem twice as hard these days as when I was a grad student back when dinosaurs roamed the earth. But one day they’ll call you doc.
